Many of us couldn't wait until the first hand information about the personalities behind the recent carefully executed Coup d' etat become available for the general public by people who can tell the realities and the dark nature of the people who envolve themselves in such a mess. But the reality is that it won't be difficult to comment on these individuals who are tirelessly insulting and attacking true Ethiopians like chairman Hailu shawel and others through the medias and mouth peices they prepared long ago by their surrogates. As we can't wait for the people who have a first hand knowledge to tell us about this dark personalities regarding their ill intentions, we can start it based on what we have at our hand and from what we have witnessed about their reckless actions and remarks in this short period of time.
We will start by a known figure that seems to have fond of the number “Hundred”. You might think of Meles Zenawi or Andargachew Tsege for their infamous speeches and books that limited Ethiopians existence as a nation to just a hundred years. A lot has been said about Meles or Andargachew (a.k.a Betenachew) so I won’t waste your time telling you what you already knew about those individuals. My intention is to say a little about the new pesonality in Ethiopian politics who happen to have fond of this famous number. The number hundred, or shall I call it moto? This new person in the Ethiopian political arena is W/T Bertukan Mideksa who earned the famous name “Fetenech” for her repeated, erratic and reckless behavior. I hope she is not going to appologize again in public for me since i used the number hundred- moto in tigrigna rather than meto in amharic or Dhiiba in Oromiffa.(i will come on the infamous appology in a short period of time)
W/T Bertukan (also known as Fetenech) limited the number of political prisoners in Ethiopia to a mere hundred when she testified the case at the subcommittee. Does the number sound familiar to you? It is a familiar number that makes her common buddies with the PM Meles and Andargachew in a sense that shocked many concerned Ethiopians. At a time where human right groups and many credible sources put the number of political prisoners to tens of thousands, miss Fetenech’s claim to have just hundred political prisoners in the regimes prisons should trigger an alarm for whoever who believes on the well being of Ethiopians. I have been following many meetings and speeches made by miss Fetenech through out her tour in the U.S by any available media and felt disgusted to realize that till this day, no one dare ask her to why she limited the number of political prisoners in Ethiopia to just one hundred. …….
It is a question where many couldn’t find an answer to why Miss Fetenech limited the number of political prisoners in Ethiopia to a mere hundred. Perhaps she will one day explain it to us after exhausting herself with her nonsense accusations directed against genuine Ethiopians. Or perhaps she will one day get matured enough to follow her mind rather than read whatever is being written for her by the Qeste-Damena Gangs.
The second most infamous speech we have heard from Fetench was the speech she made at Boston, Massachusetts in front of a gathering that have no idea at all about the unfolding coup attempt and CUD’s internal problems. In her usual low pitched voice that can only suit to announce death and sadness, she made a call to her chairman, Hailu Shawel to join her in her tour across the United States as if the chairman and many senior CUD members including the renown scholar professor Mesfin objected the time of the tour. It was the same as Judas betrayal of Jesus for "30 pieces of silver," identifying him with a kiss in front of Roman soldiers. As Judas kiss wasn’t sincere, Fetenech’s call for Hailu Shawel wasn’t sincere at all. In fact she and her gangs at Qeste-Damena wished Hailu Shawel death and information is coming now that they had sent a message to the chairman to step aside from his chairmanship even while he was in prison. Not only that, Fetenech made fool of herself by calling Hailu to join her on public media rather than attempting to contact him directly. To add insult to her audience, she acted as if she didn’t know that the chairman was in a rigorous medical treatment in a hospital bed due to the suffering he received at Kaliti prison compound. What she was thinking in her vicious mind at the time she was making that speech is clear and vivid as I have witnessed Hailu’s condition almost a month later in Washington town hall meeting. Therefore, one do not to be a rocket scientist to understand Fetenech’s call at Boston was to discredit Hailu Shawel and to spread rumors that Hailu as a bad and uncooperative guy for CUD but herself and the Qeste-Damena gangs as an alternative peace loving good guys.
The other infamous speech made by Fetenech that contradicts the ethics and conducts of her career as a judge and above all as a rational human being is her to incarcerate honorable Bedru Adem by accusing him of being an anti-Tigre. The reckless woman seems to have forgotten that unlike her, Bedru was set free from the regimes jail by defending himself from the same accusation she threw at him in her Minnesota speech. What can she benefit from Bedru’s death or incarceration? If the regimes judges were convinced that Bedru didn’t have any racial hatred to our Tigrayan brothers, who is she to bring back a dead issue and accuse a free man for a crime he never committed. History tells us that the Austrian Hitler felt more German than the original Germans and to prove that he is a German, he went to the extreme and committed the untold crime in the history of humanity. It is either Miss Birtukan felt more Tigrayan than the original people of Tigray in which we will learn more in the future, or it is the usual character assassination she and the gangs at Qeste-Damena used to deny the chairman any kind of support in his stay at Washington DC through their pal-talk mouth gymnasts and cyber gangsters like ER and EMF including Ethiomedia. Her apology to Tigrayans on behalf of Ato Bedru and the Kinijit website was mocked and trashed by Diaspora Tigrayans including AIGA forum in which she was ordered to apologize her chairman Hailu Shawel and also to not turn a blind eye on what her surrogates such as Ato Andargachew and Berehane Mewa are doing day and night in a pal-talk rooms instigating hate and racial tension among Ethiopians in addition to their daily character assassinations.
In light of facts we witnessed in a short period of time, Miss Birtukan is not fit enough to lead a small district let alone Kinijit, the party many Ethiopians gave their life for and Ethiopia, a country that had inherited countless problems through generations of bad leadership. Miss Birtukan says Kinijit is love, but all we have seen from her is hate. Hate through actions, speeches and hate for her leader upon which democratically elected. More can be said about this insecure woman but it is wise to conclude it by a simple word that describes her nature. It goes like this.
